App vs. browser: which is right for you
Our native Android APK offers offline caching, which means you can view your account balance, transaction history, and game rules even without an active internet connection. Push notifications alert you to tournament schedules, withdrawal status updates, and account security events. The APK also loads faster on repeat visits because it stores certain assets locally. However, the browser and web-app versions require no installation, work on any device with a modern browser, and update automatically without user intervention. If you prefer minimal setup and maximum compatibility across devices, the browser or web-app route is ideal. If you want the fastest performance and offline access on Android, the APK is the better choice.
Device compatibility
We support Android 7.0 and later on all devices with at least 100 MB of free storage. On iOS, our web app and browser access work on iOS 12 and later. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge for the smoothest experience. Older devices or browsers may experience slower load times or missing features, but core functionality—account login, deposits, withdrawals, and game access—remains available.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK fails to install, first check that your device has enough free storage (at least 100 MB). If installation still fails, clear your browser cache and try downloading again. Some devices require you to trust the certificate issuer before installing; if prompted, select "Install anyway" or "Trust this source." If you see a "Parse error" message, the download may have been corrupted—delete the partial file and re-download. For iOS users, if the web app does not load, try clearing Safari's cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and refreshing the page. If problems persist, contact our support team via the paitonet Help section.
Data, permissions, and account security
When you install the paitonet APK, we request permissions to access your device's internet connection and storage. We do not access your contacts, photos, location, or other personal files. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.2 or later. Your login credentials, payment details, and KYC documents are never stored in plain text on your device; they are encrypted and transmitted securely to our servers. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your paitonet account, which adds an extra verification step when you log in from a new device. If you lose your device, you can reset your password from any other device and immediately revoke access to the lost phone through your account settings.
